I have had few times the privilege to stay at this high class hotel travelling as air crew...and I bit regret to haven't tried so far all the amazing services that this hotel offers. All the ambiences of this hotel are huge and monumental, smell is very good and fresh everywhere. Rooms are very nice, super silent, clean and furnished with all comforts and amenities. Gym is quite huge and furnished with the machines and equipment to do most of the weights and cardio workouts...so impressive I have to admit the dancing studio. I can't wait to come back and try as much as I can all the food & beverage offer. The hotel is linked periodically via shuttle bus to Osaka main station. Staff is immaculately professional, attentive and polite. Absolutely recommended ? ? ?

Excellent hotel. Free shuttle bus to Osaka station and cosmosqare station were on time . Perfect spot for attending the Osaka world Expo as it is just one station away. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The shower has strong water pressure and the tub filled up fast for soaking. Buffet breakfast was good with Japanese hot breakfast and western dishes. Enjoyed their omelette station every morning. It was soft and fluffy. Hotel has a Lawson at B1 from 8 am to 10:30. Convenient for night time return. It’s a comfortable hotel to relax. Staff are courteous and helpful with troubleshooting a bill. Would love to come back and stay at this hotel.
