We were greeted with friendliness on our arrival. Into our room which was clean, comfortable, nice bathroom with a view of urban China. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The hotel is a short walk to a marvelous shopping area, with curbside food along he way and scooters on the footpath. The staff were accommodating, if they didn't understand they would find someone who did. They all spoke better English than I did Chinese. Would gladly stay again.

The hotel is comfortable, the are very clean and spacious, the problems are that reception doesn’t speak English and you don’t could pay with credit card or US Dollar luckily the bank is near and you can change. I don’t know how such big hotels don’t recruit staff that might know English. The breakfast is so so the main dishes is pork. This hotel I think doesn’t like foreigner I hope to management to read my review. Staff is polite

Spacious, clean, equipped rooms (safe box, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, water, coffee, tea, umbrellas, slippers, stapler, eraser, power cable, heated toilet, good quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioning, body cream), perfectly sanitized linen, very kind staff, English is spoken at the reception, dream breakfast, Banks near the hotel, quiet and safe area.

Excellent hotel. Staff are accommodating. English is available but recommend translator during non peak hours. Clean and the value is great.
