Quiet room with comfy bed. Feeling great n recharged. Love it. It needs to take shuttle bus or taxi to Galaxy Arena for concert because it is definitely not within walking distance. After the concert at about 10:40pm, we thought there is shuttle back to hotel. But actually no bus service after then. I hope there s some special arrangement whenver there s concert or performance.

I recently visited at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort in Macau and was thoroughly impressed. The property is stunning—opulent, modern, and full of character. The resort comprises three luxury hotel towers: Grand Lisboa Palace, THE KARL LAGERFELD, and Palazzo Versace, each offering its own unique style and charm. I stayed in a Grand Lisboa Palace room and it was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic view of Cotai. The casino is massive, with a great variety of gaming options, and the atmosphere is lively yet elegant. Staff throughout the resort were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Dining was another highlight—there are multiple restaurants to choose from, including the Michelin-starred Palace Garden, which was absolutely top-notch. I also loved the Jardim Secreto, a serene hidden garden that's perfect for a peaceful stroll. The retail area, The Bazar, offers a luxury shopping experience with high-end brands and even local designer boutiques. The only downside was the shuttle service, which could be more frequent during peak hours. Still, it didn’t take away from an overall amazing experience. I highly recommend Grand Lisboa Palace Resort to anyone looking for luxury, entertainment, and relaxation in Macau.

We stayed for 4 nights. The bed was extremely comfortable, I enjoyed sleeping in bed…. Didn’t want to wake up. Breakfast spread was good, a lot of food options ! Hotel was so beautiful and huge, didn’t get to discover everything in the hotel. Can’t wait to go visit Macau again

Best hotel that I stayed so far! Free shuttle service to city, jetty, airport and various essential spots. Over 200 dishes including condiments at the breakfast buffet. Spacious toilets and living room to use with comfort.
