Amazing hotel experience!! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The service was phenomenal. The did in the lounge was truly unbelievable!! Incredible, first-class experience. The hotel is remains well-maintained and well-staffed. The service was some of the best we've received at any hotel. The patisserie on the ground floor is award-winning, and there is a mall attached (Roppongi Hills) that has excellent luxury shopping. Great restaurants are both in the hotel and within five minutes walking distance.

Rooms are modern, not too small and comfortable. Great bathroom with a proper shower. Great gym/spa and with a 20m pool for some lane swimming. Good restaurants in the hotel and in the adjacent shopping centre so a lot of options really close but a lot more nearby. Great overall option for the location, service and decently sized rooms.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for 2 nights I really enjoyed my experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days in the city. Breakfast had great variety and quality, and having access to the Club Lounge was a big plus — unlimited snacks and drinks in the afternoon, along with access to the pool and jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I also liked the range of restaurants available within the hotel. A solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Tokyo.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo! The hotel is modern, elegant, and perfectly located in Roppongi, with easy access to public transport, shops, and museums. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped for a luxurious stay. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of high-quality options. I also had access to the Club Lounge, where I could enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon — a calm and sophisticated space with excellent service. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel also offers several in-house restaurants, with dining options to suit all tastes. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete 5-star hotel experience in Tokyo. I would return without hesitation!

Great location! right next to all the luxury shops and the subway. The service was excellent. Rooms are comfortable but could use an update soon. The gym and spa were also very well done
