Kept waiting for morning breakfast, table given was not cleaned, nobody bothered to get food . Had asked for water glasses and cutlery for above 6 times but staff was busy doing something else. Pathetic break fast experience at their cafe. Half the items of breakfast table were finished and not refilled. I would say the worst experience out of all 5 stars i have visited till now.

I have experienced best holidays in this year in GRAND HYATT MUMBAI HOTEL. THE VIEW OF THIS HOTEL IS AWESOME & SUPERB. I have spent 7 days and I can guarantee it that it has very good hospitality and we'll mannered staff and management. You should also visit once this.

Superb behaviour of staff. Nice location and room is so beautiful and clean. Love this hotel.
