1 Harbour Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Hong Kong, and it never disappoints. The hotel itself is incredibly luxurious, with stunning views from every room. The staff are wonderful and attentive, and the rooms are kept impeccably clean. The breakfast is a definite highlight, but the club on the 33rd floor is what truly sets this hotel apart—the service from the staff there is simply the best I've experienced at any Hyatt.
Amazing location. Fantastic interior. Incredible service. I love people like Hannah who are so attentive of their guest. Every morning she remembers my favorite drink for breakfast. She makes my day better. Thank you. Also Theo at check-in was super helpful and informative. Very professional. Great staff.
Went to the cafe for lunch. Service was very good, seating environment comfortable. The food was of very good quality and cooked to very high standard. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Loved my stay here — the harbor view alone is worth it. Waking up to boats crossing Victoria Harbour and the skyline under those big clouds is just stunning. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet despite the nearby construction. Staff were warm and professional, and breakfast was excellent with a wide mix of choices. It’s a classic five-star stay done right — elegant, calm, and beautifully maintained. Would definitely return.
I stay in 5-star hotels all the time. In Hong Kong, I’ve stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Conrad before, but this one really impressed me. The main reason is the exceptional service by the staff. People remember your name, your preferences, and try to anticipate your needs before you even ask. An example: it started to rain while I was walking around the pool, and one of the staff members immediately gave me his own umbrella. The food is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the housekeeping and turndown staff do an amazing job. The Executive Lounge is beautiful, has great views, and the buffet during “cocktail hour” in the evening is extensive — one of the biggest and highest-quality lounge buffets I’ve ever seen. For breakfast, I’d recommend the dining room downstairs though. All in all, I’m more than happy with my stay. I think I’ve found my new go-to place in Hong Kong.
