We have stayed there several times and are never disappointed. It is in a great location. The rooms are very nice. The staff is always helpful. The restaurants are a bit expensive, but always have good food and drinks. It is a short walk to the harbor night market (Saturday only). There are many stores and shops within walking distance. If you fancy a longer walk, Dream Mall is about 45 minutes.

Arriving as westerners for the first time in Taiwan, we could not have been happier with our selection of hotel. The staff were welcoming and super helpful, including finding us a bar nearby when we arrived late, as the hotel one closes at 23:00. A great spread of options for breakfast. Well appointed rooms.

The location and the services were great. The hotel staff were able to accommodate us and attend to our special request - making our first visit to Kaohsiung a memorable experience. The pool and the jacuzzi attendants deserve recognition for their hard work and the way they made us feel well cared for. I find their genuine intention to always accommodate us set them apart from even a high-end onsen we stayed at in Japan.

Stayed in a Themed room 4/13. From check-in to check out we were well cared for. Joyce was amazing. Breakfast buffet had lots of selection but the Room was absolutely stunning. A+++++ Joyce was also another the big standout. 10/10

Really good service from every single staff. Service is 10/10. Location wise, quite conveniently located near the LRT, and a short walk away from Central Park station. Rooms were spacious but sound proofing could be improved.. could hear the couple next door fighting and walking around. Facilities were really nice especially the sauna
