I love everything about Grand China Bangkok. The staff are all super helpful and very pleasant. I arrived at approximately 10.30a.m. but the receptionists organized a room for me so I could check in earlier. The room was lovely. Fresh bottled water every day. A comfortable bed. My room was on the 21st floor so my view of the city was spectacular. Being in Chinatown is amazing. I'm a solo traveler so safety is a consideration but I feel very much at home here. I will be back!

3 star hotel with 5 star service. This property is older, but really well taken care of. The staff are excellent. Location is great for the street food in China town. No complaints for the price, location, and level of service. All the staff we interacted with deserve appreciation for their professionalism.

I stay at triple room. The room is quite good and spacious. We enjoyed staying here. Deposit fee: 1000 Baht (returnable when check out). Given free wifi too. Have hot shower. Have great view. Lighting is not bright, a little dark. Overall, recommended.

I mean they have a no smoking policy, but why do the hotel smell like a old person lived/died here? Smells very bad of smoke and just old smell. So if you go here bring tiger balm for your nose. The view is amazing from my small room on the 20. Floor. Nice view of the river. The room looks ok. It is very old like the building. Bed is ok. I just ordered room service on this very bad app. Let’s see what will come. I payed 2.300 baht for one night witch is ok, with this view. The AC has not been cleaned and it looks like it is from the 60’s. I can’t wait for checkout tomorrow. But I wanted one night here in Chinatown. Next time I will just take a grap instead. After staying here one night, my view changed. I now give it 4 stars. They took action on the bad smell. That for me is worth 2 more stars. ⭐️⭐️ And the view from my room is incredible. The river looks so nice. And location of the hotel is the best. I don’t know if I come here again, maybe because my love for Chinatown is very big. I love the food people and the overall vibe.

Great location in the heart of Chinatown. Restaurants ,shops in walking distance and not far from the city centre.Rooms comfortable and clean.Even though I can tell the hotel a bit old by the parking lot, overall the hotel itself has been wellkept.It has everything you need .The staff is great, very helpful and polite.the breakfast is good, lots of choice. I enjoyed my stay.
