Had a lovely stay here in May 2024 - rooms, service, dining - everything was fantastic. We arranged our accommodation ourselves and were apprehensive on what it would turn out like but we could not fault the hotel and had the best time! We had arranged private tours for our stay in China in all the cities we visited and all of our hotels turned out to be great. This one in particular was great value for money and I had the best nights sleep! Thank you Melia!

Very nice hotel, food are nice, the staff are young and kind. I like the details how they design and choose the materials of sofa, seats, flooring, lighting…. Important the room are clean and comfortable bed. ??

This is a really nice hotel in Xi'an, close to many tourist & hotel sites. All staff are so friendly and helpful, we got an upgrade to an amazing room! Definitely stay here when you are visiting Xi'an! Special mention to the Executive floor team, Berry, Talia and Leah for providing impeccable service to us, thank you ?！
