We were so happy to stay at this wonderful hotel which had the most kind, professional and helpful staff in the world!!! Me and my love were on our honeymoon, traveling from Atami to Kyoto on a train and unfortunate happened: I left my phone on the train. It was upsetting, however I had a high hope of getting my phone back, since it happened in Japan. Upon our check in, we were welcomed with fresh fruits and positive energy. We kindly explained the situation and asked the team if they could help communicating with Lost & Found department. Tetsuya Otani, Watanabe Mayu, Yui Hamaguchi, Miho Sekino are so AMAZING!!! We are so grateful for their time and kindness. The hotel had a cute garden area where we could relax. The rooms were clean and spacious (compare to average Japanese hotels) and the location was perfect. They had a great deal for buffet breakfast, the food was a fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine as well as Western style. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have the best customer service experience.

Everything about this hotel was so welcoming and relaxing. It begins with the hallway entrance smelling like a spa all the time. The lobby has a fire pit in outside area to enjoy. The rooms are modern, have good coffee and tea service with comfortable beds. The location is great and you can find plenty for food, history, culture and shopping. The hotel itself has a convenient market with delicious foods and burgers. The chocolate and dessert shop was also delicious. And finally the staff was so helpful and made it feel like home. We were even assisted with our departure and waved goodbye with our car service. I will be coming back to this hotel when in Japan.

We absolutely loved our time at Good Nature Hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Terrace Twin. The room design, beds and amenities were all amazing quality, functional and very relaxing. The location was also very convenient and the hotel is connected inside to a popular / large department store. The only downside was that the room was next to the road so we could hear noise at night - but next time we’d like to try the room next to the garden!

Such a great hotel! Location is really good, close to stations and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. We got to Kyoto early and they let us leave our luggage with them so we can go see some places until we came back later for check in. We booked the superior twin room and that was enough space for two of us. Really comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Room is very clean and modern. Great quality amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
