I've been returning customer for many years already. And each time I have only good memories from my stay in Good9. Facility itself is not the newest so if you are one of those guests who stays a lot in the room and require large TV then you may need to seek for other place (screens are small and quite old). Other than that this is perfect place to stay. Will be most likely coming back for upcoming years to come :)

A wonderful homestay in a safe, peaceful neighborhood, just steps away from Rawai Beach—a prime spot in Southern Phuket. The owner, a kind and dedicated woman, has been running this place with genuine passion for 11 years. She’s incredibly attentive and always eager to assist with any information or help you may need. The common area is cozy and inviting, featuring a small kitchenette, a coffee corner, and complimentary toast with jam each morning. The rooms are spacious, bright, and modern, with a bed so soft it might just be the best in town. The bathrooms are spotless, with fresh towels, hot water, and a refreshing rain shower. Housekeeping is exceptional, done every other day with great attention to detail by a friendly, caring staff member. Good 9 at Home stands out for its thoughtful touches and warm, authentic hospitality—truly a home away from home.

This place truly felt like home!!!! The owner is such a lovely lady who makes your time here even more memorable. The room is spacious, extremely clean, has a desk, a very comfortable bed and nice, good working aircon. The outside area has some tables and chairs and was perfect for having breakfast and chilling outside. She provided some toast in the mornings and free water, instant coffee, tea and cocoa. Also she has a small cooking space if you wanna make eggs in the morning. Also she has 3 lovely cats. The area is very quiet but you are at the beach quickly. For the nice beaches you need a scooter, but it only takes around 10 minutes to get there. There are restaurants in walking distance and also some small supermarkets and even a western supermarket. All in all this was the perfect stay with the most lovely woman ever. You will really feel like home here.

Stayed here for 1 month. Exceptional stay. Jimmie is one of the most friendly (female) hosts on earth to be honest. Perfect and clean rooms. All up to date with new air on, TV and water heater. Free breakfast (Toast, jam, coffee) and all equipment for cooking. Very quiet and secluded. Lovely cats around the property. Matress is soft, so depends on what you prefer. 5 mins walk to the beach and new mall complex with supermarket and pharmacy. 10 min ride to Nai Harn Beach. 15 min ride to Kata Beach. Normally all 7 rooms fully booked, so book early. Best to book direct with Jimmie. Personally very tempted to come back one day just to relax and have perfect home while traveling.

We had the most wonderful experience at this guesthouse in Rawai. It was spotlessly clean, which made us feel so comfortable and at home. The location is incredibly quiet. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay special—they were so kind and accommodating that we truly felt spoiled! She made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend this place and I hope to be back myself. Bonus: 3 lovely cats on the premise ❤️
