Nice place to stay in mataram I’ve been here many times, the ambience really good, the staf very humble and kind full of smile. The room really spacious and clean and comfort to stay for 2 person. I Also tasted the food, it is really good especially bubur madura! 4 star hotel but feels like 5 star hotel!!

We had a great time staying here! Breakfast was great with the local menu. It was not too spicy since locals all love spicy food. You might ask for some cutlery like a knife since it wasn't available on your table. Overall it was nice.

We had good time there when we visited this hotel on the lebaran day . All are good except one thing , the way the receptionist woman kept looking at my man , he is foreigner . Just like the way the naughty woman trying to attract a handsome man , so irritating . I watched my man , his face was flat and far from flirt . So maybe for the next , the managament will be more wise to choose the worker . As i remember she was average woman with straight long hairs . Thanks .

They have some cons too, but in general place was very good. Pool,.gym, restaurant, spa, big room, huge bed, working table, etc. I felt comfortable there.

Best hotel in Mataram!!! Great rooms with wonderful views from the higher levels. The breakfast buffet was also top notch, with a huge variety of Indonesian and Western food, including amazing desserts!
