Getting into the hotel room, I honestly felt like I was in prison — no windows and everything looked and felt so unsanitary. Then even added a DIRTY (yes, dirty) throw pillow in our bed. I fear for everyone who checks in here might catch something.

With the price of their rooms, you can get cleaner and better hotels around Bukit Bintang. Please skip this one.

I deeply regret trusting this hotel again, despite its strategic location. What I experienced was unacceptable — a filthy room, unbearable smell, and as a result, I developed a serious eye infection.

The situation escalated when I was nearly denied boarding at the airport due to my condition. I was required to provide a doctor’s letter, all because of the hotel’s poor hygiene standards.

This place is a health hazard, not a place of rest. Until major improvements are made, I strongly advise others to stay away.

A few years ago, this hotel was very clean, but my recent stay was extremely disappointing. It was obvious that the bedsheets hadn’t been changed, which was unacceptable. This made me both upset and frustrated, and to make matters worse, I developed a skin allergy after sleeping on the bed. I will not be coming back again.

Dirty, smelly, no one make up the room, and no one help to change the towel. This is really terrible experience. Body feel itchy when lay on the bed. Terrible, will never and ever come back again.
