My stay at this hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and transport. The environment was peaceful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The staff provided outstanding service—friendly and attentive. Thank you Cherry, guard, and restaurant crew for excellent service. The only minor issue was a slight smell in the toilet, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to the town every 2 hours which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had big variety and the pool was clean. The hotel staff was very polite, friendly and ready to assist on any of your requests. Big thank you to Lewis, Dew, Cherry of the Reception team and The Chef - Ta Nueng. Last but not least, we recommend you to have massage in the hotel premises which were very clean and the masseurs very skilled. This hotel is totally recommended!

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Patong. The rooms are spacious and clean, overall premises are well maintained and the food is amazing! Highly recommend trying their Thai dishes. The buffet breakfast is also really worth it with a large selection of dishes with the local dishes changing on a daily basis. The spa services were also really good. Enjoyed 2 massages during our stay. There is also a shuttle which takes you to and from Patong mall/beach every 2hrs which makes up for the location being a bit further from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff are very attentive, polite and helpful. It is my 2nd time staying here and it is nice to see that they have continued to maintain such high standards. Will definitely be back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Fusion Suites. The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are modern and spacious. There is a free shuttle that takes you to the beach and the shopping mall, which is super helpful because the road to the hotel is busy and there are no sidewalks. Definitely recommend using the shuttle instead of walking. The rooftop is amazing, a great place to relax with a drink and watch the sunset. It was one of my favorite spots at the hotel. A big thank you to Cherry, Tina, Lewis, and Cartoon for being so sweet and professional. They made my stay even better with how friendly and helpful they were. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
