Stayed here for 3 nights. 2 double beds for about 18,000¥. The room was fairly spacious. Checkout was 11 am. Clean and quiet. For the price, it was fantastic value. There aren't any amenities here, and the free coffee is awful, but I care about the room itself. The front desk was professional and polite but not really welcoming. They are usually absent from the desk unless you press a button, which was fine for my purpose. They don't provide any drinking eater. There is a small safe in the room. There is no view. Also, the room has a hanging light that I must have hit my head on 5 times. It hung about 5ft from the ground. I had to move it a couple feet up.

It’s a very decent place, good value for money! Close to bus stations and a metro one. No need to say that there is a close 7-11 and a family mart. Rooms are around 17m2 equipped with anything you could need.

Nice place to stay, clean room, fine bed, good price. No luxury, just good clean stay for your visit in Kyoto.

Lovely, clean and well styled hotel in a good location Personel is friendly, beds are good, everything is clean and well kept. We enjoyed the free coffee with hot and iced options. Located in a quiet street near trains, metro and buses all was within walking distance

The room is really really cute and cozy for the price. Everything was clean and tidy. Really recommend. A short walk from the center
