I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel boasts top-notch facilities and the rooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff's hospitality is remarkable, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delightful afternoon tea at The Lounge. Served from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, the menu includes a selection of sweet delights, savory sandwiches, and classic scones. Special mention goes to the very helpful Chinese lady supervisor and her crew, who ensured that locating seats and booking were seamless. I regret not asking their names to thank them personally. For buffet dining, Curate, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, is a must-visit. They offer a wide variety of local and international dishes, including a Sunday brunch and themed buffets like the Ramadan buffet. The western head chef, who clearly puts his heart into arranging the menu, deserves special thanks for the delicious cuisine. Although he was busy that night, I wish I could have expressed my gratitude personally. Overall, my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in the heart of the city.

From the moment you walk in, this hotel just feels right. It’s modern and stylish, but there’s also a warmth to it that makes you feel at home instantly. The location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of everything, yet peaceful and quiet inside. The staff are fantastic—genuinely friendly and attentive without ever being over the top. The restaurants serve excellent food, and the bar is a great spot to unwind. The rooms are beautiful, with spacious bathrooms and the coziest beds you could hope for. Sleep comes easy here! And the breakfast? Absolutely perfect. Whatever you’re in the mood for, they have it—and it’s all fresh and delicious. This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to.

Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to nearby shops, which was a big plus! However, there were a couple of drawbacks during our visit. We found the requirement to use the elevators a bit inconvenient, especially since my wife struggles with claustrophobia in them. Additionally, our room had a slightly musky smell that could have been improved. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Four Seasons for its excellent service and great location.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the Diptyque amenities was simply perfect. Breakfast at Curate was another highlight. The spread was absolutely incredible-fresh fruit, all the yummy treats and sweets. The entire team at Curate was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed while making us feel completely taken care of. Each meal was a joy, and the morning set the tone for a day of relaxation and luxury. For dinner, we dined at Yun House, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight of the meal was the duck, which was incredibly succulent and perfectly cooked. The flavors were rich and balanced, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor. It was truly an unforgettable culinary experience. A thoughtful surprise was the anniversary details waiting for us in the room, along with personalized touches throughout our meals. It was clear that the Four Seasons went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, and we couldn't have been more grateful. Lunch at The Lounge was equally delightful, offering a more casual but equally refined experience. The service was impeccable. The pool at the Four Seasons is an oasis in the heart of the city. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering a stunning view, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. All in all, this four-day stay was a dream. The Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur truly set a new standard for luxury and service, and we can't wait to return.

Stayed one night two weeks ago, and it was wonderful. Got upgraded to the Four Season Park View Suite. Spacious room, though it was tough figuring out how to switch off the lights once you are in bed. Just one complaint - the plug point by the bed is difficult to access due to the placement of the light switch right above it. My plug head is inverted, and I could not use the plug point on the left side of the bed, and had to switch places. Other than that, the service was exemplary, from the club lounge down to the staff at Curate. Definitely plan to visit again.
