Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Four points by Sheraton and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, and high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s facilities were fantastic. The pool/spa/fitness center was well-maintained, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was another highlight situated conveniently near malls and the city center making it easy to explore the area. Overall, Four points by Sheraton exceeded my expectations in every way. The service quality of this hotel is very good. The staff are always eager to help when we encounter some small accidents. There are also fresh fruits on each floor for guests to take for free, which is very considerate. The only thing we hope can be improved is that the hotel can provide hot and cold water machines to reduce the plastic waste produced by bottled water and reduce the risk of guests ingesting plastic particles.

It's perfect for anyone who enjoys a scenic walk or run—there’s a lovely track along the river that’s great for early morning or evening strolls. One of the highlights of the stay was the dining options around the area. The hotel is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and eateries, making it super convenient to try different cuisines without having to travel far. The in-house breakfast spread was also quite impressive, with plenty of hot dishes and a good mix of local and international options. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. The only area that could use some improvement was the coffee quality—it could be a notch better, especially for those who appreciate a strong and flavorful morning cup. The rooms were clean and decent in size, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. Nothing overly luxurious, but practical and functional for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, it’s a great hotel in a vibrant location, and I would recommend it for anyone visiting Singapore who values convenience, walkability, and access to a good variety of food options.

I spent a very comfortable four days here, and I was deeply impressed by their breakfast and meticulous service. I lost my passport and wallet in the safe after checking out on the last day, but they actively helped me look for it and delivered it to my next hotel. Thank you very much to Bella and Azman for their help in this unexpected issue! I feel lucky to have met them! Thanks to Fourpoint Sheraton Riverview, it will definitely be my one of the top list hotel in Singapore!

I stayed here on a layover night for a business trip and really enjoyed it. The rooms are smaller than US or European ones but very comfortable and practical. Various socket styles to plug your devices into. They also have a good bar with a few tables that are comfortable to work from. I really loved the complimentary fruit in the corridor, it’s a nice touch when you’re leaving early morning to just grab an apple to snack on while waking. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just walk across stage bridge (2 mins) and there are plenty of eateries and bars too.
