Service is okay. Parking area are available every single floor. Food court in first floor is not recommended. Not much choices, seems like mostly close, better look for another dining out side hotel. One room in the corner is freaky with invisible female spirit, but she just wanted to share how she became. I guess we were lucky got that room. Please note for every one :). Other than that everything is fine. Staff are friendly, helpful, house keeping staff is helpfull as well.

Good hotel for a staycation at Surabaya. Strategic location near various places in the center of the city. Good facilities but really need some maintenance on it. The restaurant offers some good food and beverages for breakfast. A bit narrow space for some vehicles especially for 4-wheeler

The room I booked was supposed to have no windows. But, They offered me room with window city view for free. Its nice
