Excellent 6 day stay.. My room was small with no view - ok as I hadn’t requested it. Hotel was spotless, staff friendly and attentive. My room while basic had all essentials and they worked - hot showers, aircon. Located superb within minutes of shopping mall, 5 min walk to airport train., 15 minute walk to river and ferries. While there was no restaurant/cafe facility, the adjoining cafe to go, and also restaurant were great value with 10% discount. Sun deck on roof, while small, was a great location to chill out.

What a lovely stay. From the moment we stepped inside reception we were greeted by Laura who had exceptional customer service and a beautiful manner and presence about her. Nothing was too much trouble! We stayed in a superior triple room & housekeeping reset the room beautifully while we were out for the day. Beautiful hallways and fixtures and in an ideal location.

The location is prime I must say if you stay here and you’re planning to be out most of the time The room is purely for rest and sleep this is the place for you If you’re not picky about windows not claustrophobic hehe it’s giving Harry Potter under the stairs But truly no mind because like I said depends on your objective of the trip
