The staff are exceptional. Conciege team are extremely friendly, chatty and go above and beyond. As we where leaving already out the door a gentleman from concierge asked if we wanted some water and literally ran off to get 2 bottles from the fridge. In world, where eye contact and communication has disappeared in the service industry, this hotel has nailed customer service. We had an incredibly enjoyable stay this weekend.

I recently stayed at Emporium Hotel South Bank and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, offering easy access to the South Bank Parklands, restaurants and cultural attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with top-notch amenities, including a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring a seamless stay. Dining at The Terrace offered stunning city views and the rooftop bar is perfect for cocktails. Whether for business or leisure, Emporium Hotel South Bank combines style, comfort and excellent service.

Went to the high tea with a friend. Paid $80pp but well worth the money for the experience. Staff were lovely, beautiful surroundings and food was amazing. The food was edible art. There was gold leaf and dry ice, some Heston Blumenthal stuff going on for sure. Bottomless tea and coffee, or if the mood strikes you, wine or bubbles. Definitely recommend.
