0-star hotel! Do NOT book!! The rooms are dirty, our bed had bed bugs and silver fish in there- blood stains on the base of the bed! Staff were rude and unhelpful! There were so many complaints- a lady had no hot water for 3 days! This please should not be allowed to operate, I have had to raise this with Hajj Ministry to protect other Pilgrims!! Breakfast is rubbish! Avoid at all costs!!!

good location could walk to the haram/ clock tower in about 10 minutes, really helpful in the hot sun. the rooms were definately on the older side, same with the bathroom. The breakfast was perfectly fine, nothing fancy just fine. totally acceptable if you have north american standards and want a budget stay in makkah.

Trust me I couldn’t give it more than 2. The rooms are nice and spacious no doubt about that but the washrooms are really small and creepy the shower cabin is unbearable trust me plus the one things that made me furious was the internet or wifi because internet is the worst here and when I say worst I mean THE WORST its slow and its so bad I even complained about it a few times but it was of no avail so I’d recommend you going for Emaar Grand which is opposite to it but if you haven’t got an option than you’re on your own to make a decision.

Very very bad hotel and shower trey is joke u can't stand on trey very small.reception staff don't have any clue what they talking.they are not helpful .service is very poor.not that clean.try to avoid this kind of hotel .I stay there two nights and I have to look for another hotel.and I moved to another hor.this hotel is absolutely rubbish. Don't go there my advice.westpfftime.staff is rubbish.
