What an amazing hotel! It deserves an extra star. The staff is highly trained and knows exactly what they’re doing—on all fronts! The food is absolutely fantastic. We have high standards and might not be the easiest to please, but they exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be coming back. We stayed here during Ramadan and didn’t experience any disturbance from the mosque for a single second. If you have anything to complain about here, you must be out of your mind!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations in every possible way! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Every single team member greeted us with warmth and professionalism that is rarely found. The service was nothing short of perfect – attentive, courteous, and always going the extra mile to make guests feel special. The cleanliness of the rooms also deserves special praise. We have never experienced a hotel where housekeeping was carried out with such thoroughness and attention to detail. The level of cleanliness was far beyond what we’ve seen in other hotels. And the food? Simply outstanding! A wide variety of delicious dishes, freshly prepared and of the highest quality. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner – everything was carefully selected and flawlessly executed. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! However, we noticed that the hotel is currently building new rooms. Hopefully, the special charm of its currently perfect size will not be lost, as this balance is one of the things that makes the hotel so unique. If you value excellent service, exceptional cleanliness, and top-tier cuisine, this is the perfect place for you. We will definitely be coming back – especially because of the incredible team that makes this hotel truly special!

El Tropico was one of the absolute highlights of my time in Lombok. The vibe is super chill and stylish, with beautifully designed rooms and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it so easy to unwind. The pool area is gorgeous – perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the beaches and surroundings. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The whole place has such a calm, cozy energy. The location is also ideal – tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, but still within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, and the beach. I genuinely loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend El Tropico enough!

We initially stayed here for 2 nights and extended for another 2 because it was the best place we’ve stayed in Indonesia! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff are so friendly and engaging and really make you feel welcome. We spent most of our time by the pool area on the daybeds, there’s also an adult only infinity pool upstairs which is so perfect for sunset. Good food, good coffee & cocktails and the location is perfect. The only tiny thing I’d mention is it’s difficult to get a staff members attention when you’re by the pool so it would be good to have QR codes or a buzzer to be able to order food and drinks. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we can’t wait to come back!

El Tropico is such a cool day club, I had the best time here. It’s the perfect place to kick back and relax for the day, with a great vibe and stylish setting. I tried a few of their cocktails and they were absolutely delicious, refreshing, well-balanced, and perfect for the sunny setting. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or just soaking up the atmosphere, it’s a spot that makes you want to stay all day. Loved it and will definitely be back!
