I was being too kind to them, they gave me ‘upgrade’ 2 times the upgrades were actually a downgrade to horrible rooms with broken shower door so the water goes everywhere, the shower hose was faulty, the kettle had old liquid smelled weird. Accept their upgrade at your own risk. They must of been fully booked giving me a horrible room.

I asked for a normal room 3 times, the third time when i had enough of them i told the front desk girl give me normal one because their upgrade is a downgrade, 2 minutes later i came back saw 5 of her colleagues surrounding her gossiping about it, didnt expect anything less, the guy was sweating after noticing me see them gossiping. I finally thought they gave me a decent room, i was wrong the drain for shower is clogged the water overfills, when i turned on the light for the toilet dust flew everywhere from the exhaust fan, there was a cockroach in the middle of the night running around, i went on a mission running around after it killed it and asked for a broom, no broom the guy came used his hand picked it up and left the cockroach juice on the floor. Couldnt pray because of the state of the room and had to cancel the food i paid for cant eat in that dirty room.

Construction noise early morning so i was in a deep sleep 9am room was double locked but the housekeeping guy was banging hard like theres no tomorrow, kept trying to force my door open for so long until i woke up even though its double locked.

So many issues, you get what you pay for its cheap for a reason. Learnt my lesson never be too kind. i have 2 more days im leaving early, better to pay a bit extra for a good nights rest and peace of mind. I wouldn’t have left a review but im done being nice, no refund possible so i’ll atleast warn the rest of you who want to enjoy your time in bali.

Pros: You can leave your bags with them behind the front desk. Location is good lots of stores around. Price is cheap.

Disappointment i remember coming here 1year+ ago no issues, if your on a budget and don’t care about all of those problems go ahead book this place, you might get lucky with a good room.

We stayed here for one night after arriving on a midnight flight. The location was conveniently close to the airport, which made our late arrival much easier. We booked three rooms at a very low price, but ended up using only two, as one had an unpleasant sewer-like odor. While the rooms could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning, the rates were extremely budget-friendly—so it’s a classic case of getting what you pay for. We felt safe during our brief stay, and it worked well as a quick, affordable stopover, though it’s not a place we’d recommend for a longer stay.

Most feral hotel I’ve ever set foot in and definitely questioning the positive reviews on here …

Hotel inside and outside looked nothing like the photoshopped images?

We booked this hotel as a rest stop before our late flight and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Parts of the hotel was under construction which we had to walk through. The room inside was painted all green, mini fridge wasn’t plugged in and had a foul dead smell, kettle covered in gunk, towels and bed had questionable stains & bins never been cleaned. This place would’ve been the perfect place to run a brothel.

For the price, I think a B&B or hostel would’ve been better…

Very friendly staff and great concept - "Nature brought indoors".

But hotel was sorely in need of a refurbishment. Rusted, chipped, torn furniture and fittings were plainly visible everywhere. Can you imagine the condition of areas that were not visible?

Saw a cockroach in the bathtub which scampered away. Not sure where it went.

Fortunately, I only had to stay one night.
