Outstanding Service from Mr Sun! Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city walls and major attractions, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional servic, special thanks to Mr Sun! Before arriving we had a chat on WeChat and he offered to help us getting tickets and every other need we wanted. ✅ Highlights: Incredible butler service: Mr Sun arranged all our tours, booked taxis, and took care of every detail—better than a travel agency! Comfortable and stylish rooms: Clean, well-equipped, and with great amenities. Perfect location: Close to Xi’an’s key sights, making it easy to explore. Great value: High-quality service at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a stress-free and well-organized stay in Xi’an, this hotel is an amazing choice! Highly recommended!

Really lovely hotel in the centre of Xian. The rooms were lovely, modern and clean. All necessities provided. My toddler was intrigued by the robot and the staff were wonderful enough to send the robot up to our room with water as a surprise for him. He was so happy and it was such a nice thing to do. NOTE. location on Google maps is incorrect. I've attached a photo of where the hotel actually is further along the same road.

Exceed my expectation! The hotel is great, clean, professional staffs and modern interior. Location is great. Walking distance to lots of tourism spots. Lots of shops for foods, bars and convenient store close to the hotel.

Room is clean with no cigarette smell Location is superb , walking distance to many places of interest. Staffs are exceptionally helpful and service oriented from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant especially Ms Yin Gai Li who has shown so much warmth to us through out our stays.
