Comfortable room, but no window in my room so i feel a bit suffocated and very tight space for muslim to pray. I just stay for one night, so i face not much difficulties for this arrangement.

BUT the location is awesome!! Right at Jonker Walk, you can shop and dine just by walking around a bit. The downside of the location is PARKING AREA. My husband dropped me off in front of the stay and he need to go park somewhere else that is safe (overnight parking RM20) and walk back to the stay.

Never again!
When you arrive at the accommodation, the door is locked. I only got in with the help of other hotel guests. There is no staff at the reception desk but QR codes and telephone numbers. However, when I arrived in the early afternoon, I couldn't reach anyone for half an hour.
I didn't see any staff during my entire stay. The WiFi did not work. When I asked, I was told that they would not be able to fix the problem during my stay at the weekend. The rooms have no windows, but this is not pointed out. The rooms are also quite run down.
When I asked for an invoice, they did not respond several times.

It was so bad, there were stains on the wall and couch and hair that didn't come from my family. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom when I entered!! The place where you put your hanged clothes fell out and there was some yellow powdery substance that we assume is 'rust.' The worst part is that we don't see any air ventilation. The bed was comfy and the staff was nice. But I don't think I will ever want to come here again. 3: (Hello Kitty Room FYI)

I was trying to make a last minute budget reservation and it backfired spectacularly. there is no fresh air and no sunlight in the entire place, and it smells badly and strongly, like a hoarder's house- ancient wrecked carpets, moldy wallpaper, *many* stale cigarettes . . . and piles of actual junk, just check my photos. all the windows actually open onto dark stairwells that used to be air wells but inexplicably have been roofed over. some windows look onto piles of ? at rm 145 it's twice the price of places of similar quality; i should have just gotten a capsule in a hostel because i can't rest, work, or eat here, the staaaaannnk is too much.
