I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The ambiance of the hotel was another highlight—calm, tasteful, and relaxing. Whether it was the cozy lighting, the stylish decor, or the peaceful atmosphere, everything felt thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay.

This Hilton Hotel is a credit to the GM and all the staff. Everything was perfect! The rooms are cleaned so well everyday. It's so lovely to return to a perfectly cleaned and made up room. The breakfast staff do absolutely outstanding job! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay, I only wished we could have stayed a little longer.

A not so busy hotel with a delicious welcome cookie. The carpark was spacious and easy to drive up. The buffet breakfast was very good value (especially for seniors) with lots of variety. Our room had view of the Malacca Straits.

Had the chance to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka multiple times and was fortunate enough to be upgraded to both the Junior Suite and the King One-Bedroom Suite. Both were absolutely fantastic—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The service? Top notch. Consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, both visits were under less-than-ideal circumstances due to urgent family matters, so I did not manage to take note of the staff who provided such excellent service—but their effort did not go unnoticed. I deeply appreciated it. Will I return? Absolutely. Next time, hopefully under better circumstances and with more time to properly enjoy what the hotel and the team have to offer.
