They went out their way to help with my heating in the room, clean, the bed is bed we all dream of having and sleeping on. Reception ladies were awesomely sweet and helpful. I had breakfast and what an incredible feast and display of good delicios variety of food. I did go into the bar to look around, people so friendly. I loved the friendliness , efficiency. When heating wasn't working, they came at 10.30 pm to sort it !! Wow

Incredible room with lots of space. We had a 2 queen room. I’ve never been in a hotel room so well lit. Can lighting and lamps made the room very well lit. The bathroom lighting was excellent as well with the added plus of a magnifying mirror. The room was immaculately clean as were all public areas. Beds were comfortable with plenty of charging outlets.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Slow service at the checkin, no queues but still took far too long time. Different staff, same result. Breakfast was crap. Pre-made soulless american garbage. No local products. Rooms were clean and bed comfy. Lounge/bar was ok. Good location though. Price was ridiculous for what was on offer.
