This is my second time staying in this hotel. I had a fantastic check-in experience, thanks to Heena. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. She recognized my Gold membership and kindly upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise. On top of that, she offered us a drink and some delicious cookies, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Her hospitality made a great first impression, and I really appreciate her kindness. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Great location just a couple of blocks from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The rooms are a bit small but does the job. The breakfast is good and so is Natural Kitchen, the attached restaurant for lunch or dinner. We also enjoyed Savage Garden rooftop bar during our stay but try and make reservations ahead of time!

Amazing service, in particular would like to highlight Sehar’s service. She went above and beyond to help us with our booking, discussed different upgrade options available and helped us pick the best option that suited us. All hotel staff have been so lovely and helpful to us during our stay. The room is modern, spacious and clean. The executive lounge food and drinks are also great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of London, all main attractions you have on a sightseeing tour are within walking distance, all modes of transport are also available on the doorstep. The room we were allocated was excellent, spacious, and Morden decorated. The breakfast was excellent, something for all tastes,a large variety of hot and cold buffets. All staff were helpful and friendly, from checking in to check out was a great experience, no hassles. Highly recommend hotel
