This is our second omrah as a couple, when we went omrah for our first time, a hotel we will not name was terrible, very far, and left us ill. We promised to make up for our terrible experience by booking in a prestigious high profile hotel, our choice was Hilton Double Tree Jabal Omar. Location: Was great all in all compared to other hotels, it’s approximately 500 meters away from the haram. Rooms: Our room was pretty pristine and clean, so dirt was to be found, the beds and sheets were spotless. The view from the windows was mesmerizing. Service: Service was great, no complaints at all. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the guests. Restaurant: Food was palatable and good, but nothing special. It does lack variety, it could use more protein. The restaurant staff were very kind, we want to give a huge shoutout to Saddam, he was very cooperative and caring.

Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression. Her warm demeanor and personalized attention made my experience at the hotel unforgettable. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Hatin and Muhammad for their smooth and efficient check-in process. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail ensured a hassle-free arrival, setting the perfect tone for my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, I was impressed by the warm atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort of the facilities. The team’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Overall, my experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah was truly exceptional, and it’s clear that your staff’s dedication and hospitality are key to your success. We stayed at this hotel during our Hajj trip. The staff here is extremely kind and friendly. Whatever you ask they oblige. Food variety was tremendous. Made to order omelette for breakfast was a huge hit with the family. Recommended!

We’re starting in room 1830 and the amenities and the service are super nice! The breakfast is nice with many options and the staff is super welcoming. The whole is welcoming and provides service with a smile. Ashraf Sardar, our room service person, was super helpful and nice! He came everyday and checked on us to make sure everything was set and talked to us and gave us recommendation for places. 10/10 service! Will definitely be coming back ?

The hotel is really nice and clean. The in-house restaurant Zafaran is very good with a large selection of food from buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the waiters, supervisors and staff are very friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff especially Mr. Ashraf was very helpful and took good care of us. He came by everyday to clean our room and provide water bottles and fresh towels. He made us feel comfortable and safe. The front desk and reception staff could do a little better with their customer service and willingness to help. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
