Messy, no reception ---
Room was not clean, there was dust everywhere. Furniture was filthy, shower not much better.
There is no reception so to speak.
Positives:
It was cheap
There is a washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, some cutlery and plates.
Ac worked in both rooms
Pool was actually pretty clean and enjoyable, view from the roof was great.
Position of the hotel is alright too, there is a construction right next door but our room was facing inside the hotel so it didn't bother us too much.
Parking is great at the hotel, there is a bike rental place right next door and it's great.
So all in all if you're a student or a backpacker, you can reserve this condominium, but it is no Hotel.
So if you're looking for something fancy, luxurious - go somewhere else.
Pictures I attach do not correctly represent the feel in this facility, it was worse haha, there was dust all over the place, the only clean thing was the bed really..

I do not recommend this place. We were supposed to stay for 8 days and stayed for one, then checked out and went to another hotel in Patong.  The photos online looked like a new or very clean place. When we arrived, the entire floor smelled like a dumpster because of the trash room, which was on the same floor. When we got to the room, it was very dirty and dusty and did not look like the images online. It looked like a previous renter cooked or opened something and it sprayed everywhere, and it was never cleaned, it just dried on the cabinets and became a new layer of that substance. The  other walls looked like someone performed maintenance in the room and wiped their hands on the wall. The patio doors did not lock. I was not able to get any type of support from the owner or through Agoda other than an auto msg telling me it was too late to cancel my booking, so I took a loss on this place. I'm not a very picky person, but this place needs a thorough cleaning, and it would have a little potential.

I highly recommend that you do not stay here during low season (rain season). This is because every time it rains, there is a power cut on the whole building. I stayed here for 6 months due to my contract (bad mistake) and every time it rained, the power would cut out. This means that my internet, cooker, tv, fridge etc did not work. Not only that, it takes them hours to fix the issue every time it happens. It seems like the owner and his maintenance team have zero interest in permanently fixing the problem with an obvious water leak. It’s ridiculous.

Terrible costumer support. Booked via Airbnb. Som is an absurdly bad host and i absolutely can not recommend booking with these people! Responding time is like half a day to a whole day later and finding solutions for problems are not even a topic. It´s just ignored. Take it or leave it. Stay away if you want to keep your nerves!
