We had a pleasant stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Xi'an, and the thoughtful gestures from the team made our anniversary celebration special. The room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and the anniversary setup was a thoughtful touch that added warmth to our experience. The hotel itself feels fresh and modern, with well-appointed rooms that were clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the highlights of the hotel’s location is its proximity to countless late-night eating spots and famous food joints. It is a food lover’s paradise, with so many options just a short walk away. Whether you are craving local delicacies or popular favorites, there’s no shortage of choices. Special thanks to Vivian, the Director of Operations, for coordinating all the arrangements and ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, a convenient location, and modern facilities made this stay memorable. We’d happily stay here again when visiting Xi’an.

A very satisfying stay at this hotel! Good service at front office, restaurants, as well as house keeping. I am touch by small notes left by house keeping department. Thanks & well done! The room is very tidy and clean. 1st impression to this hotel is 5 star hotel! Room also nice, big, and clean. Good view from hotel, with sofa seat near to window - can enjoy night view as well as morning view. Restaurant got many food to choose for breakfast! Food taste great, just a bit salty. Mayb is local taste. Hotel location just at town. Next street is night market. Walking distance to nearest mall and walk around for local food.

We enjoyed a pleasant three night stay at the Delta Xi’an. Location: This hotel is conveniently located by a bustling food night scene where you can satisfy a thirst with some great street eats. There are several fruit stands and other vendors here throughout the day and well into the evenings. There is a shopping mall within a short walking distance away as well. Room: The room is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed plenty, spacious bathroom with a separate bath tub and rain shower options and seating area. The storage and use of space was well thought out. There are sufficient hangers in the closet, shelving and storage for suitcases. We made use of the extra wall hooks which were a great add to the room. The bedside lighting control panel was comprehensive with options to suit any need. The blue night light toilet feature was perfect for groggy navigation to the restroom. Housekeeping is thorough and efficient. The lady we met was friendly and amicable. Gym: Good sized gym with multiple elliptical options. A cool body scan unit was also available for a fee. Restaurant: We had breakfast at the firth floor restaurant and found the serving staff courteous. The food server at the grill station was very helpful and went out of her way to get me a couple servings of beef after realizing the carving station feature had just shut down. The natural lighting in this spacious dining area set for a relaxing start to each morning. Transportation: There is a convenient dedicated drop off and pick up in front of the hotel which made it great for day tours. Additionally the line 2 metro line station Longshouyuan is just a short 3-5 minute walk down the street from the hotel. It was easy to travel north and south on this line. This line was directly accessible from the Xi’an North train station to the hotel. Overall a great full service hotel to stay at while visiting Xi’an!

Modern, clean, convenient location, and good amenities. Bed is very comfortable, and the sofa and small table in the room is very convenient to have. Shower is hot and has more than enough pressure. Staff is very attentive and helpful over Marriott messaging! This hotel is located on a very busy street that has a morning and night market. Lots of fruit and food options at storefronts and also from the carts. Can be improved with a water filter (there is one in the restaurant but not accessible to guests) and I found the AC control to be not consistent.
