In the midst of nagoya.. this place is super central. Hotel is old but i booked a junior suite and had a mini separated room with a sofa and a tv. Breakfast was just borderline okay they have not changed their menu. Rather go out to find breakfast or grabfood. Big starbucks outlet just right beside it to get a good coffee fix in the morning or at anytime before 10pm indo time. Definitely will be back here again cause of the location and the size of the suite for the price!

Had these; Red Velvet and Cheese Cake at the lobby. Looks attractive, but unfortunately were absolutely not good at all; hard, dry and don't taste as they should at all.

Been patronising this hotel a number of times before and all was good however this visit made me decide that this is gonna be the last. Toilets has a pungent smell, sink drain stopper missing which causes drain flies to come out. Worst part, the bedsheet feels so not clean, musky feeling. To add on to that, when i pulled the blanket there were multiple stains. So dissatisfied and disappointed of how much the standard has dropped. Came to to unwind, now i feel dreadful to enjoy my sleep due to the bedsheets :( I hope they do something to bring back their standard cause the location is great.

The linens are not clean, I requested for change room and still same thing.
However their still serve excellent breakfast and the front desk staff are great as well

Rooms weren’t available when we arrived, and needed to wait 3 hours just to clean one room. Understandably its the holidays, but the hotel should have prepared for the peak seasons. Employee manners need to improve as well. For the price, nearby hotels might be better. Will never book here again.
