Stayed one night in the Emsworth Room, our first time staying in a BnB. King bed was so comfy. Room was spacious. Nice Balcony to sit outside. Hosts were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

What an absolute fine establishment I had the pleasure of staying here over night perfect location to where I needed to be to visit Ipswich. I had room1 spacious throughout with king bed batheroom seprerat office relax room and a balcony keeping its old original feel with new additions eg AC and cieling fan TV and bathroom fan very well maintained house ? SERVED BREAKFAST at 7am reasonable price over all Thank you very much I will definitely stay here again

Beautiful old home turned into a bed and breakfast. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are beautiful, clean and you get a little verandah 10/10

Room was comfortable and quirky. Great location close to Ipswich showground and university campus. Nice to share breakfast table with other guests.
