I travel extensively and am often disappointed but this gem is a great find on the Gold Coast. Shower pressure amazing. Huge balcony. Good size pool. Room very well appointed. Service at check in excellent. Location quiet and great with park over the road and water views. Secure parking easy. Just a fantastic stay.

I would have given Crystal Bay 5 stars if it was brand spanking new, but it was very clean and tidy and excellent value and service for a 3 night holiday with my daughter. We booked a 2 bedroom unit, but as we had been previous guests twice before, were kindly upgraded to 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We were also notified that the rooms were ready 3 hours before the normal 2pm time. The staff are most friendly and helpful. We found the location quiet and just a short walk to the water. The locked car parking and hotel luggage trolley were much appreciated too. Well done Crystal Bay.

Made a last-minute decision for a weekend on the Gold Coast and got lucky finding availability here. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment on the 13th floor and loved the beautiful view. The price was quite reasonable too! The only downside was that only the master bedroom and lounge had air conditioning—none in the other two bedrooms. Fortunately, the weather wasn’t too hot during our stay, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a great experience!

Crystal Bay on the Broadwater was a beautiful place to stay for our family vacation. We took a three-day trip to Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, and Movie World. The service at the accommodation was great, and the view of the beach was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful view during breakfast or while having evening drinks. They also have a swimming pool and a gym, which are pretty decent.

It is a beautiful place to stay. Overlooking the water towards Seaworld, Central Gold Coast, and open waters. The lovely people there, residents, holiday makers, and staff made it even more enjoyable. Quiet and relaxing, with a heated pool and spa, sauna, BBQ area, table tennis, gym, and park across the road, with areas to throw a fishing line in the water.
