This hotel sits on top of a hill and has a commanding view of Batam city. I stayed in a balcony room and enjoyed sitting outside looking over the city. The pool is relaxing and the entire place is quiet. Their staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The service is very good. They provide shuttle service from the ferry terminal. Breakfast is decent. The bed is very comfy. This hotel is rather old but well maintained. Going to the town is a bit far. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and give it a 4.5 star rating.

The food is exceptional, and the band’s performances create an intimate concert atmosphere, all while you enjoy the breathtaking view of Batam's shimmering lights at night. Moreover, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to local malls in the morning. While the hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle, the staff ensures that everything remains easily accessible for guests. If you're a traveling professional seeking a tranquil retreat where you can concentrate on work during the day and enjoy a Balqis concert at night, do not miss the opportunity to make this hotel your home for at least one night.

Great little bar, friendly staff and good craft beer.

Old Hotel tucked on top of the hill with scenic views Batam all round. Nice environment and fresh air but apartments lack a little repair. Hotel is old but still ok with big rooms. Location is out of the city and not many amenities nearby. Has a good Chinese restaurant on level 3.
