Coincidentally booked this hotel due to my previous hotel was cancelled for wrong date. So, basically I booked this hotel on the spot and they still have more two room for me in the weekend. I got beautiful window that spot to Tunjungan Plaza area. Their good pool and kind staffs that give good services. For their breakfast were decent and recommended.

Yoga at the reception was very helpful. The check-in process went smoothly. We should have planned to extend our stay for another night because we really loved the hotel, the food, the facilities, and the staff. Unfortunately, we had to move to another city. I made a mistake during the booking process, so instead of staying with breakfast included, I had to pay an additional charge of IDR 125,000 per person. In total, we spent IDR 375,000 for 2 adults and 2 children. However, we found it very worth it because there were plenty of delicious food options my favorite was the ronde. Not many hotels in Surabaya serve ronde, so it was a delightful surprise. The swimming pool was our favorite spot, especially since the kids' pool was separate from the adult pool, allowing us to relax without worries. I will definitely return to Crown Prince on my next visit. See you again soon!

Room was spacious and clean, location is superb as it is located straight in the middle of city. Very close to Tunjungan Plaza. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. There was slight trouble with the aircon during our stay, but with the help of Pak Zaenal (the technician), everything could be solved in an instant. Breakfast was fine, lots of choices of food available. Swimming pool was okay, but during the first few days of our stay, the pool was a bit dirty with lots of dry leaves and very few towels available. Overall, we enjoyed our time staying at Crown Prince hotel and we will surely recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work ????

We've got promo rate so that real good value for money. Room was good enough. Breakfast menu was so n so; sautaged red bean was kinda hard; varian of salad vegetables should be added. Sandwich takeaway breakfast was good. Gym facilities should be improved. Access for basement parking was pretty narrow. We got room heading to the main road, so that the view was great, however the sound of racing muffler in the midnight was really annoying.
