The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC and hot water worked great. My phone worked great in the room (I had trouble in other hotels that have thick concrete walls which prevent my phone from getting signal). Great location. Only downside was there weren’t any inexpensive Khmer food options around here, but there are plenty of international options and fancier Khmer options. The area felt very safe.

NO POOL! Please update google maps and your website accordingly. This ruined the first 5 hours of our trip while we had to replan and rebook where to stay and cancel our booking. We had promised our kids a pool. We had to go all over and waste time in the heat of the day trying to find a new hotel last minute.
