The location is pretty good. It's not central, but very close to MRT, which can bring you everywhere. Everything is quite small here. The rooms are small, even after I was told that I got an upgrade, it still feels like a tiny regular room. They also have a small gym. But the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It's one of the best.

enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, right where Novena MRT is and just a couple of stops away from the Orchard shopping belt. Breakfast was great with a large variety of options. Service was also top notch. Overall a great experience at the Courtyard Singapore Novena.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Joanna at the 22nd-floor reception—her friendly smile and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home every day. It’s those personal touches that truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views of the city from the upper floors. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. One of the biggest advantages of Courtyard Novena is its superb location—directly connected to public transport, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Whether we were heading downtown or to nearby attractions, everything was just a quick MRT ride away. We also appreciated the convenience of having nearby dining options and a shopping mall within walking distance. Overall, Courtyard Novena offers a perfect blend of comfort, accessibility, and warm service. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers—we’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time in Singapore, and I had no idea if this location was going to be convenient or a hassle. It turns out it was incredibly convenient as it sits atop the Novena train station. So if you plan on using the train it’s fantastic. I also took advantage of the breakfast every day for the two weeks I stayed there and the food was incredible and the staff were warm, friendly and always ready to help if I ever needed anything. The rooms were clean and quiet. Decent amenities in the room, which worked out great for me as a solo traveler. I would suggest that they might consider expanding the gym. I know they offer offsite gym usage, but that’s not very convenient and the existing gym in the hotel is very small and can feel cramped if there are more than two people using it. I would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, food quality, cleanliness and a peaceful night sleep.

I’ve stayed at the Tang and Novena. Both are nice. Rooms are bigger at the Tang, but the rooms at the Novena are more updated. The breakfast at the Tang is hard to beat, but the Novena’s breakfast is good, but seems like the variety at the Tang is better.
