Lovely hotel and very convenient to London City Airport. I was welcomed by the front desk staff and check in was quick. I decided to eat at the hotel and the menu had lots of choice and was very reasonably priced for London. The rooms were spotless and provided with tea/coffee, good toiletries and an iron and ironing board in the room. Great choice for breakfast before check out. Although I was here for a work trip I would recommend staying here due to the convenience to the airport and DLR station.

It was our second time in this hotel and the experience couldn’t be better. The rooms are extremely cleaned, bed and pillows super comfy. Excellent breakfast! They now have filtered water for you to refill your bottle anytime in all floors and it’s amazing and super handy. I could see people using it frequently. For the complete 5 star experience, the service in this hotel is superb. Lisa from the breakfast was 100% attentive, charismatic and friendly, taking care of our needs everyday. Tia, also 100% charismatic, helped us finding a great place to have our valentines dinner which fulfilled all our needs and was perfect! Together with Vic, they also prepared a very nice surprise for us in the bedroom when they found out we got engaged a few months ago. Celeste in the night bar was also super helpful and charismatic. Last but not least, very high compliments to the housekeeping staff (unfortunately I don’t know any name), that twice they tried to clean our room but we were still there and they made sure to come back later again when we were not there anymore, and of course when we were back it was spotless, you could see they put effort and care on it!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious – definitely a highlight! The location isn't perfect, but still quite accessible. Overall, highly recommended!

I've stayed here several times. Extremely convenient not only to City Airport but London and Greenwich in particular. Rooms are incredibly comfortable, very quiet, and the staff is fantastic. It has turned into my preferred hotel when visiting.

Comfortable stay in a modern and fresh hotel. Great and engaging service from all staff. Excellent location being ten minutes away from London City Airport and tube station. Highly recommended.
