We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday with a stay at the Cordis Hotel, and it was such a memorable experience for our little family. We stayed in a room at the Pinnacle Tower, which was spacious enough for our active toddler to run around and play comfortably. The room was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful birthday touches, balloon decorations and an adorable little cake waiting for us upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Club Lounge, especially the afternoon tea and the generous pre-dinner spread. Breakfast at Eight Restaurant was another highlight. A special mention goes to Anne from the Club Lounge, who was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Michelle from reception, who we also saw at the Club Lounge, was equally sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Cordis, for going the extra mile and making my son’s birthday celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Just arrived back home after two wonderful nights at the hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. All the staff we interacted with were very attentive. Anne (with and E at the end ?) and the rest of the team who looked after us in the club lounge were great. Thank you again to everyone and see you soon. G

Wonderful stay at the Cordis. Staying in the pinnacle tower. Lovely room. Quiet and great views. The bathroom amazing with bath and a corner shower. Bed so comfortable. Lovely having the refreshments when you arrived in the room as well. Very clean and tidy everywhere in the hotel. We ate at Eight , Our Land and the Chandelier Lounge. All wonderful and friendly team. Our check in and check out was smooth and made us feel very welcome. Housekeeping staff very nice and polite. We were really impressed and will definitely be back again.

My husband booked the Romance package for us over the weekend. What a fantastic experience, from concierge through to the spa and room service. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was amazing!! The only small negative for us is that we were on level 11 which wasn’t quite high enough to get a good view, next time we will upgrade to a higher level. still enjoyed the view over Grafton though.
