Absolutely AMAZING! Everyone who works here could not have been kinder or nicer. What a beautiful hotel, with professional and friendly staff. Honestly, it's one of the best hotels I have stayed in. There is so much to write about..... the Bonsai trees dotted around the hotel informing guests of the type of bonsai that it is and also the age, is such a lovely touch and I LOVED this..... The housekeeping was exceptional and the Breakfast food was simply wonderful. If I could give more stars I would. Bravo and thanks, Simon

We had dinner with our family and it was a great experience! The excellent service of mr Naoki Hano made it an even bigger success. The view is amazing from the 40th floor with a stunning sunset making it a wonderful setting. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Definitely a recommendation to enjoy a cocktail, wagyu burger, or one of the tasteful salads! Thanks again!

I’m currently staying at Conrad Osaka.Conrad Osaka has truly impressed me. The level of staff interaction and hospitality here stands out. I was warmly welcomed by Itogawa-san, the Executive Lounge Manager, and her kindness really made me feel at home. The service has been impeccable, and the food quality is outstanding. The breakfast pastries are absolutely to die for.

This is our second time at the hotel. Like many others, we consider this hotel one of the best in the world when it comes to hospitality, views and food. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally for our occasion. We enjoyed our diamond perks such as upgrades, evening cocktail and free breakfast. Val and the hotel staff are amazing. This is a hotel you do not ever want to miss out on.

World class! I would say my stay beyond exceptional ever. Hotel as hardware was needless to say was another level. All staffs were professional and so impressive service and attitudes from my any voice of guests every single time. My hats off to all staffs who addressed my inquiries regarding some fish stinky smell in a room that probably made by previous guests and big thanks to the reception manager JAE and others staffs during my stay. I am 100% willing to re-stay when I revisit Osaka thanks to services in the Conrad Osaka.
