Elevators are terrible when it packs out with bus tours, which is every second day. Rooftop bar could be great, but it’s an overgrown wasteland now. Otherwise fine for a stay of any length. Good proximity to metro and chicken restaurant.

The hotel room that we stayed in had a nice sea view at a reasonable price. The room also came with a water machine which is very convenient. These are the positives. Considering it is a 3-star hotel, I didn’t expect much in the way of amenities and rightly so.

However, the service could be better. We wanted an extra blanket but the hotel charges you quite a premium for that. Also, morning lifts are a misery because droves of visitors would crowd the lifts and we were often left to wait for two or three lifts before we could squeeze ourselves in. The fact that the lifts moved slowly did not help the slightest… Be extra careful not to slip your hand between where the door connects with the wardrobe when you open the door unless you want a sore finger as souvenir! They really should install a stopper to allow some space between the the door and the wardrobe…

Location-wise, the hotel is located in between two subway stations so expect a bit of walk if you’re coming from those stations. It is also close to a Lotte Department Store which is convenient for some last-minute shopping. All in all, a good hotel but some aspects of it could be improved.

Even though they mention on their website they have individually controlled AC, that is NOT true. Unfortunately we learned the hard way. The customer service is terrible. The manager will advise you to just open the door and refuse to allow you to cancel any booking regardless of the amount of nights you have booked. Prepare for a night full of listening to the bustling traffic of the outside and all the smells that come with the city life of busan. Do not recommend. Not foreigner friendly.

It's located in a very good area, very close to Nampu-dong and Lotte supermarket. However, the air conditioner is not working, and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room.
