Amazing Hotel, James is Outstanding!! We had a wonderful time at Coniffer. James was outstanding, the best employee that they have. So friendly and helpful with recommendations all over Vietnam. We really appreciate all that James did for us. He gave me a complete list of restaurants and places to visit in Hanoi, and I really appreciate it. The hotel is lovely, amazing breakfast and facilities. Would definitely stay there again!!

Quiet luxury, fantastic staff, hidden gem. This hotel is better than any other hotel I’ve ever visited so far, worldwide. The location is convenient to local attractions and great food, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Spotless clean, smells amazing, and the air conditioning is a relief from the heat and humidity of Hanoi. James helped us multiple times, and he was incredibly kind and genuine. All of the staff at this hotel are great. The natural lighting fills the room, and the BEDS are SO comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again. An incredible experience.

Small budget hotel down a very narrow alley only accessible by motorbike or foot, close to the cathedral. Unfortunately, the bells of the cathedral rang at all hours of the night and very early morning, which definitely disrupts sleep. Also the rooster nearby crows very early in the mornings.Unfortunately there is no pool, which would have been nice as the heat is excessive. The bellman Huy was extremely helpful and spoke beautiful English. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and even walked us to one so we wouldn't get lost.

This is a really decent hotel just inside the french quarter and within easy walking distance of the old quarter. Rooms are more than adequate, cleaned and replenished beautifully every day. Good breakfast every day. Conveniently situated practically next to the cathedral so a great ancoring point if you're new to Hanoi and there are some great restaurants, cafe's and bars within 100 metres. The narrow streets and parked bikes make it hard for a taxi to pull up outside the doors but the concierge is an absolute star as are all of the staff who are so helpful and welcoming. Thanks to all for making our first visit to Vietnam start so well
