Collection O Cozi 5 Hotel

Had a five days stay with cozi 5, room is very comfortable and quiet location. Staff are very friend here. Easy to access location with local and Korean restaurants around. 3-5 minutes walk away from circle k, Highlands coffee and phuc long coffee. 30 minutes drive from airport. Hourly rate are available too. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend :)

Very welcoming and friendly reception. Lovely smiling staff, comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!
We booked via booking.com and received a very different room to the one we had booked, wall paper was coming away from 3 of the walls, bathroom was so dirty, paint stain on the floor and worst of all a CAMERA in the ceiling !!!!

THEY FILMED US GETTING CHANGED, IN THE BATHROOM AND IN BED. Lucky I was with a friend and so they did not video a private moment. Still they now have naked footage of me.

They tried to deny but it’s clearly a hidden camera. They offered to get Secruity to come while we was there to take the hidden sheet away but we felt very threatened and that they may try and hurt us upon discovering it. They agreed security would still take down the ceiling to prove it was not a camera, film it and then WhatsApp me the video that way I was out of harms way but they could prove it was not a camera. No video sent and they will not reply to messages on booking.com

We did not receive a refund for checking out 2 days early and receiving a horrible room in comparison to the one we had booked. We have a recording of the manager saying we would receive a refund for checking out and agreeing we did not receive the room we had booked

NEVER STAY HERE - This place needs shutting down and the people recording others need to go to prison.
