Would return here specifically due to the hospitality. I chose this stay due to its close proximity to my work at the time during my stay. The gentleman at front reception was polite and easy to deal with. Very exceptional service from my part. Rooms were great and had no issues while on site.

The staff were friendly and very efficient, and the location was brilliant with incredible views of the river. It was just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants, and the casino. The nighttime views of the city were stunning, and seeing the hot air balloons rise in the morning was an absolute treat. We had a fantastic stay—thank you!

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our check in was seamless and the meal for dinner was great. I was in Melbourne for business and the hotel invited our group to corporate drinks which was a great experience and a nice touch. I highly recommend the hotel, it’s in a great location and has an excellent guest focus.

We had an excellent overnight stay. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly and set the place up for a welcoming vibe. The attached cafe/bar is first rate and does great coffee and breakfast. This is an excellent hotel experience.

We just spent an amazing 3 nights here. Communication with Elvie prior to arrival was reassuring we had chosen the perfect place to call home for a few days. She was very helpful and was never rushing to get me off the phone. Upon arrival we were greeting by her bubbly, smiling face and we were treated like we were frequent visitors to the hotel. We received an amazing suite upgrade with a bottle of Bubbly and made to feel like very special guest. After a long day touring the Great Ocean Rd we were greeted back to the hotel with the biggest smile and lots of questions from Elvie about how our day went, she could see we were exhausted and she popped up to our Penthouse Suite with some specialty biscuits and drink voucher for the morning to have a cappuccino on them with breakfast. Totally 5 ++++ Stars from us 3 very happy customers
