Very affordable, well positioned and decent hotel. In walking distance to most everything that one would require. Short distance to the park and other places of interest too. Very capable and friendly staff. Nice clean bedding, room and surrounding. Situated in a pleasant and safe area to walk around and enjoy. Would certainly be happy to visit again.

Great location with very very basic room. It's a budget hotel, so please don't have high expectations. Aircond is cold. Bed is comfortable enough to sleep in despite sunken in the middle. Lighting in the room is very poor. Lobby doesn't even on the fan (they are all dusty).
Location wise is perfect. Right in the center of Krabi town. Walkable to night market, crab statue, many motorbike rentals, massage parlours, shopping center, and a thai temple.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Most keys open most doors, we’ve had another guest open our door while we were asleep, which woke us up.
There are kids running around the place all night they’re constantly screaming and running around, banging on doors and running through the lobby. We asked for another room after being broken into, we were told we have to speak to the manager in the morning.
The water here stinks, the beds are rock hard, everything is run down and in tatters, the fans (not the aircon) at the room are super loud.

Very grumpy receptionists ( Sunya and Tib) who don’t even care to smile when they welcome hotel guests to the hotel. I asked to show me a room before I made a booking and they were too lazy to assist saying hotel was fully booked. When I insisted Tib showed me one room with a bad attitude. I made a booking in the end as I cared about the location of the hotel. When I arrived at 8 pm with a 7 years old child they were unprofessional with attitude again. They insisted on deposits straight away. When I explained that it’s late and I’d rather go to my room and rest and get them the 500 BHT later - they denied me my room which was all paid for already. Mind that the room is just basic with no mini bar…They offered a cancellation and a refund. They are very busy so they don’t care  about the customer service at all. If you like a good location but are not bothered about customer service- the hotel might be for you. BTW, I’ve stayed in 100+ hotels in Thailand over the last few years. This is the worst.
