Staffs are nice and friendly. Room is clean and neat. The bed is comfortable and I had a deep sleep! Everything essential is ready in the room. Water can be refilled nearby the lift. The location is super convenient, if you are a shopaholic, defo this is the best choice for you. It is just above the mid valley mall. Walking distance to the garden mall as well. Will revisit!

Good value stay for couples. The room is modest but comfortable, and the breakfast spread is satisfying. Service at the cafeteria is quick and tidy. I especially liked the paper cup with cover setup beside the coffee machine — very convenient for takeaway coffee on the go.

Cititel is conveniently connected to Mid Valley, making it ideal for shopping and catching late-night movies. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was indeed very spacious. While the view wasn’t much, the room itself was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a weighing scale and ceiling fan in the room. We chose not to add the breakfast option, as there are plenty of great breakfast spots in KL. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Cititel.
