Staying in Cindy hometel is one of the best thing I've done , it's so comfortable, the apartment has a kitchen with cooking materials,two bedrooms and a very comfortable sweet living room with TV and for sure a bathroom.. I really recommend you guys to come here if you wanna stay in Hanoi , the location is good as well, and the service is 100% , I'll definitely come here again ✨

The rooms are very clean. And the male staff's attitude and smile is so nice that it's surprising. I'm sure many people will become his fans.

The room is new and clean. It's simple but sufficient for my needs. There are toiletries, hair dryer, fridge, kitchen with basic seasonings and cutleries if you wanna cook or heat up your meals. I booked a studio. The first one was a bit small so I asked the host to upgrade to another room. They told me there's another studio which is a bit bigger available the next day. They moved me there for free. I was happy with the service. They do support late check out upon availability too. The rooftop is perfect at night if you wanna have a drink (your own drinks) with West Lake view.

The place is nice and large. Had good AC and very clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, but yymv depends what kind you like. Host is very attentive and helpful. Only problem i have, it is really far from old quarters. It is only 3 miles away, but itll take you on moto taxi over 30 min to get there. All tour gets pick up and drop off in old quarters, so when you come back late from a trip, youll need to hike all the way back. it is inconvienent.
