Wonderful family stay – 5/5 We stayed 4 nights at Chatrium as a family of three, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and we were lucky to receive a lovely upgrade with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great – lots of good options and high quality. The pool area is nice, although it’s quite shallow, so probably best suited for families with younger children. The staff really went above and beyond – they arranged an early breakfast box and a car to the airport on our departure day without any hassle. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. A solid 5 out 5.

One of my favorite hotels In the city centre of Bangkok. Staying for several times. Quality service, rooms and facilities with reasonable price. We are a large group, It’s appreciated for the warm service from manager Tom. It makes us our trip perfect. Definitely we will com again, and introduce to our friends as well.

The rating is based on my daily rate of 60 €. I've lived in Thailand for five years and have never had such a good hotel for this price. It really offers everything and there is a great service. The Jim is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. There is the possibility to do Moje Thai but there are also massages and spam possibilities as well as a lot of children. Lots of play facilities, can only recommend the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and experienced really consistent service. The highlight was how the staff went above and beyond in the immediate aftermath of the earthquake in March. Overall a nice place with professional staff. The pool and gym are well maintained. They also have daily shuttles to nearby BTS and markets which is super convenient.

Property is a bit dated; and mattresses a little lumpy. But otherwise, it’s a clean accommodation with excellent service as usual. 2 areas need urgent improvement: 1. There are many small sand-flies (or ??) around the pool area! Extremely itchy when bitten. Uncomfortable to lounge on the lounge chairs. 2. Breakfast spread is almost similar for the 3 days we were there! Some rotation would be appreciated; otherwise it’s not worth it to pay for the breakfast. And on 2 days, the papaya looks really bad. Very mushy and unappetizing.
