Stayed twice here : Room 365 & Room 527 Fantastic location & room is spacious for me and husband. On my 1st stay reception staff gave us complimentary upgrade to Executive King . My second stay we just booked a Deluxe as we are already going back Singapore next day by 2pm. Hotel staffs are very friendly/kind/helpful . Had a wonderful stay with Ceria Hotel. WiFi connection is superb. You can get 20% off voucher for the massage spa boutique next to hotel. PLS go if u have time, it's worth the price! Feedback for improvement : 1) move TV channels would be great. Only three channels available in TV room 527. 2) Aircon in both rooms very very warm so the rooms were so humid inside.

Nearby mall. Friendly staff. Had a visit there here during my transit travelling hometown. I was very tired from the journey. And the staff is very accomodating and helpful. Woke up earlier at 6am to take a stroll and visited nearby Mamak restaurant. Ends of the block towards left side. Overall great experience.

Always stay here but please book the room with window and u will get the lift. If you choose room without window there is no lift and but there is a stairs. TV channel limited but its ok since we stay for rest and sleep only.

The room is quite standard and clean. All the necessary facilities are available and the price is not very high. The most important thing is that the service attitude of the front desk is very friendly. After I left my smart watch in the hotel and called back to inform them, the front desk called me again to say that I had left my smart watch behind. There are parking spots and some restaurants near the hotel. It's quite convenient with KK shop.
